PRIVACY POLICY

LION VIEW Mobile Application

Effective Date: March 11, 2026

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how Milenio Servicios de Seguridad, S.A., trading as Century Security (hereinafter "Century Security", "we", "us", or "our"), collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information obtained through the LION VIEW mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you ("User" or "you") acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth in this Privacy Policy.

Century Security is a private security company duly registered and authorized to operate in the Republic of Panama, regulated by the Directorate of Private Security Services (DIASP) of the Ministry of Public Security.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Personal Information Provided by the User

When you register for and use the App, we may collect the following personal information: full name, government-issued identification number, email address, telephone number, residential or business address, emergency contact details, and any additional information required to activate your security monitoring service.

2.2 Automatically Collected Information

The App automatically collects certain information from your device, including but not limited to: real-time geographic location (GPS coordinates), device type, model, and operating system version, unique device identifiers, IP address, app usage data and interaction logs, push notification tokens, and date and time stamps of alerts and events transmitted through the App.

2.3 Alarm and Alert Data

When you activate a panic button, fire alert, assistance request, or any other alarm function within the App, the system records: the type of alarm triggered, your precise GPS location at the time of the event, the date and time of the event, and any multimedia content (photographs, audio, or video) voluntarily attached to the alert.

3. How We Use Your Information

Century Security uses the collected information for the following purposes: to provide real-time security monitoring and emergency response services; to transmit alerts and alarms to our Central Monitoring Station; to determine your precise geographic location during an emergency event; to communicate with you regarding your service, account status, and security alerts; to send push notifications related to your safety and service; to comply with applicable laws, regulations, and legal processes; to improve the functionality, performance, and security of the App; and to fulfill contractual obligations under your service agreement with Century Security.

4. Location Data

The App requires access to your device's location services to function correctly. Location data is collected in real time when you activate an alarm or alert and may also be collected periodically in the background to enable tracking and safety features. You may disable location services through your device settings; however, doing so will prevent the App from functioning as intended and may impair Century Security's ability to respond to emergencies.

5. Information Sharing and Disclosure

Century Security does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. We may share your information in the following circumstances:

Law Enforcement and Emergency Services: In the event of an alarm activation, we may share your location and personal data with local law enforcement agencies, emergency medical services, fire departments, or other first responders as necessary to ensure your safety.

Service Providers: We may share information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating the App, maintaining our monitoring platform (SoftGuard ULTRA), and delivering our security services. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it solely for the purposes for which it was disclosed.

Legal Obligations: We may disclose your information when required by law, court order, subpoena, or governmental regulation, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to the same privacy protections described herein.

6. Data Security

Century Security implements industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encrypted data transmission using SSL/TLS protocols, secure server infrastructure with access controls, regular security audits and vulnerability assessments, and compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 18788:2015 standards for quality and security operations management. While we strive to protect your personal information, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your service agreement with Century Security is active, and for such additional period as may be required by applicable laws and regulations. Alarm event data, including location records and timestamps, may be retained for a period determined by legal requirements or our internal record-keeping policies. Upon termination of your service, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required by law.

8. Your Rights

Subject to applicable laws of the Republic of Panama, you have the right to: access the personal information we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information; request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal retention obligations; withdraw consent for data processing, where applicable; and lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the information provided in Section 12 below.

9. Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.

10. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with third-party services, including Google Maps for geolocation and mapping functionality. Your use of such third-party services is governed by their respective privacy policies. Century Security is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party service providers. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services accessed through the App.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

Century Security reserves the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted within the App and/or on our website at centurysecurity.com.pa. Your continued use of the App following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes. We will notify you of material changes through the App or via email.
